Evaluation of marketing tools of insurance companies of Primorsky Region and their impact on competitiveness of insurance business

Abstract

The marketing policy of the insurance company is one of the key factors of competitiveness of the company. Prior to each insurer is the most important marketing objective – to ensure proper positioning of the company to maintain the necessary level of awareness of the company, to communicate to the target customers of the company offers, as well as provide the necessary level of sales channels in order to attract high-quality and targeted customer audience. In this work author examines the effectiveness of marketing tools, as well as their impact on the competitiveness of the insurance company on example of the three insurers operating in the Primorsky region.
